Refund and Returns Policy
1. Consumer Rights
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Mauritius, consumers are entitled to receive goods that are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described at the time of sale.
This policy does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights under Mauritian law.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges may be accepted if:
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories
The request is made within 7 days of purchase or delivery
A valid proof of purchase is provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
Except where required by law, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Custom-made or special-order items
Used, installed, modified, or cut products
Bowstrings, arrows, shafts, nocks, fletchings, and consumables
Clearance or discounted items
Electronic products once opened, unless defective
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos or videos for assessment
Where confirmed, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with Mauritius consumer law.
Damage caused by misuse, dry-firing, incorrect setup, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 working days
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and return conditions. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
7. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for faulty or incorrectly supplied items

Best Archery Supplies Ltd shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, modification, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
All prices, product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, errors or omissions may occur.
Nothing in this policy shall exclude or limit consumer rights as provided under the Consumer Protection Act of Mauritius.
